Purchasing
Q: How do I purchase your pins?
A: All pin sales are sold publicly in hand through my shop website (Link in bio on Instagram).
Q: Do you have private groups?
A: There are no private groups. There are a few individuals who do have priority spots for my designs. It is only a handful of friends who have been very supportive of my pin making journey. Do not worry. There will be plenty of my pins in shop for sale or you can get your TRADE on!
Q: What are Early BIRD in hand sales? How do they work?
A: For certain designs, I will be having Early BIRD in hand sales. When the design comes in hand and after I have QC them, I will be putting up a limited number of Standard A Grades for sale at a discounted price (price will be lower than shop drop). There will be an announcement prior to the Early BIRD sale and the listing will be on my shop website (Listed as Early BIRD Sale of whatever pin it may be). Early bird sales will always take place prior to any shop drops.
Shipping
Q: How are packages shipped through your shop?
A: All packages are shipped through USPS with tracking.
Q: Do I have to pay my own import fees (international buyers)?
A: International buyers will have to pay for their own import tax fees.
Q: What happens if my package is lost, damaged, or stolen?
A: If mail is lost, please contact USPS first (Find Missing Mail) . We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items while the package is in their possession. There may be some exceptions to this policy. We will review on a case by case basis for possible replacements or refunds. Please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges/Replacements
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes! Exchanges are offered on A graded pins only. This will be allowed once per design.
Q: When should I reach out for exchanges or replacements?
A: Exchanges and replacements are offered within 30 days of receiving your product.
Q: What if items I received are not what I originally bought?
A: If you received the wrong product (incorrect, damaged, or wrong graded item), please contact us at [email protected] with photo of product and your order number.
Returns/Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns or refunds?
A: All sales are final. Returns or refunds for sold items will be considered on a case by case basis (Incorrect product listing, etc.). Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
Giveaways/Gift Vouchers
Q: What are gift vouchers? How do they work?
A: A Gift voucher can be used to redeem for whatever pin value is indicated on the voucher (a top pin or full pin). Gift vouchers are issued by my shop and usually included in giveaways and prizes. They can only be redeem by the person who it was originally gifted to. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. Gift vouchers cannot be claimed for monetary value.
